dtctl vpn
The vpn commands create and manage IPsec site-to-site VPN connections between a router in your project and a remote peer. A connection is built from a VPN service (bound to a router), an IKE policy and an IPSEC policy (the crypto parameters), and local/remote endpoint groups (the subnets on each side).
