dtctl load-balancer

The load-balancer commands create and manage load balancers, which distribute incoming traffic across a set of backend virtual machines. A load balancer is made up of listeners (the front-end ports/protocols it accepts traffic on), pools (the backend groups), members (the backend virtual machines), and health monitors (which check member health).
