dtcloud_flavors (Data Source)

Lists the compute flavors available for virtual machines.

Use it so a configuration names a size instead of pasting an id. Flavors are defined by the platform operator, so there is no resource for them.

Example Usage

data "dtcloud_flavors" "all" {}

# The endpoint takes no filters, so `name` is applied by the provider.
data "dtcloud_flavors" "small" {
name = "s1.small"
}

Schema

Optional

  • name (String) Only return flavors whose name matches exactly. Applied here, not by the API — the endpoint takes no filters, so the full list is fetched either way.

Read-Only

  • flavors (List of Object) The flavors that matched. (see below for nested schema)
  • id (String) The ID of this resource.

Nested Schema for flavors

Read-Only:

  • id (String)
  • name (String)
  • ram (String)
  • vcpus (Number)

Behaviour worth knowing

  • name is applied by the provider. It matches the whole name, ignoring case. The endpoint takes no filters, so the full list is fetched either way.
