CMS Onboarding
DT Customer Portal
DT Customer Portal is an automation and customer management platform designed for DT Cloud customers. With DT Portal, you can streamline the customer onboarding process with the following steps:
Customer Registiration:
In the DT Customer Portal, go to the 'My Account' section, then navigate to the 'Registration' tab to create a new customer account.
The first step in creating a new customer is selecting the register type. There are two options to choose from and they are Individual and Corporate respectively. Depending on the choice made, the required information on the registration page varies. While fields like First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number being mandatory for membership all memberships, additional corporate information such as Tax ID, Tax Office, and Billing Address details are required for corporate members.
Note : For individual users, identity verification is mandatory. Through the ticket system, the required information is requested, and the necessary documents are checked via the ticketing system to confirm the user’s profile.
Welcome E-mails:
We automatically send welcome and verification emails to new customers.
Product/Service Order:
The primary step in the customer onboarding process is the placement of an order for a product or service.
In the DT Customer Portal, users can browse and select products and services listed on our website, configure their choices, and place orders.
Payment Transactions:
The customers complete a payment with their preferred payment method for the selected product or service.
If the transaction proceeds with a bank transfer, the next page will display the necessary account information to complete the transaction, while credit card transactions are processed automatically. If there is an available credit balance in the account, the user can place orders using the credit balance.
Order Activation:
When payment is verified and approved on our side, the customer's order is accepted. This signifies that the hosting or other services are ready for use.
As part of the customer onboarding process, users are provided with user guides and help resources in the 'Recent News' section.
Service Management:
The users can view their active service and should use the 'Manage' for access to panels.
The actions that users can take in their services are predefined. The cancellation request proceeds by specifying whether the user wants an active service to be canceled immediately or at the end of the billing period, along with stating the reason.
Request for quota upgrade. Users can view current limits and upgrade them any time. Downgrading is currently prevented from maintaining your existing configuration.
The user is directed to log in to the panel and access the interface for managing their service with the provided information.
Automatic Billing and Regular Communication:
DT sends regular invoices to customers and can send payment reminders.
We maintain regular communication with customers, sharing updates and new offers through the website. (DtCloudnow.com)
